Today, I woke up & realized that today is the last day I’ll be 19 years old, but more importantly the last day I’ll be a teenager ever. It makes me kind of sad if I think too deeply about it, but I have spent many days reminiscing about the last teenage year of my life & it was the most successful and life changing year of my life by far.
- I lost my virginity
- I fell in love for the 1st time
- I started college
- I moved away from my parents, brothers & home
- I got my first job
- I overcame my first heartbreak
- I lost some close friends
- I entered my first “real” relationship
- I found someone who actually treats me with respect and cares about me
I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’m ready to be 20 years old & start a whole new chapter in my life that I know will be filled with happiness, jealousy, anger and laughter.
Because it goes on…
If I were to consider a tattoo this is the one I would get. My motto for lyfe!
